Manual :

Gently clean and dry the tattoo and surrounding area, making sure there is no soap or residue on the skin. Using clean gloves, remove Derm Shield from the sterile pouch. Cut the Derm Shield to cover the tattooed area plus a 1-2 inch margin from the edge of the tattoo. Peel off the backing to expose the adhesive side and place the Derm Shield over the tattoo with the adhesive side facing the skin. Apply gently using light pressure, working from the center towards the edges to eliminate air bubbles. Do not stretch the Derm Shield during application.

The first application of Derm Shield should remain in place for 24 hours, depending on the level of exudation. It is normal for blood and fluid to accumulate under the bandage.

A second application can be used for several days, and a third application can be used if necessary. Gently clean and dry the area between applications. Do not wear any piece for more than a week.

Instructions for removal:

Gently peel off the Derm Shield by slowly pulling it from the edge back on itself. Do not pull the bandage upwards.
